[17 Apr 2006|02:32pm] [ mood | relaxed ] [ music | angela zhang : pandora ] Hahaha long time never update my journal, basically due to a couple of reasons : Number 1: my cheapo free 56k NUS dialup is disconnected. I mean they were kind enough to even let me use for few months after graduation before totally disconnect me.. hahaha Number 2: only recently sign up singnet broadband last tues then I officially got broadband at home. I repeat again, its my FIRST Broadband at home leh! I’m super suaku and was so excited when I got broadband at home. In fact, I have did some research on broadband plans then I eventually decided to sign up with singnet cos I wanna pay something that my budge is comfortable with considering I got a few bills to settle every mth. Initially felt so ‘proud’ that im a owner of 512k broadband, then I suddenly realise this is the slowest speed. Again, im slower by ppl a mile to realise this.. nowadays ppl upgrade to 1500 or 3000 or max online or whatever and I’m stuck in the 256k and 512k era.. suddenly realise things are moving so fast that im too slow to catch up or rather im ALWAYS slow in catching up Eg: ppl upgrade to discman already and I was in walkman last time, now ppl upgrade to mp3 and im still in discman, ppl have digicam and last time I was using the normal camera hahaha.. ppl having mms, im still SMS.. hahah aiyoyo so many things that im outdated! Anyway, I pretty excited that I have a certain level of purchasing power which I have a sense of satisfaction when I manage to get something going. Like when I went to citylink hello shop for my broadband, I ended up literally SMILING walking out of hello shop cos I had purchased the broadband with my own money.. haha seems like a very small thing but somehow I felt contented. Now with the progress package coming, im intending to purchase: 1) NEW BRAS (triumph one somemore) 2) KIV a new laptop after I have trade in for my present one or KIV repair my current laptop cos its really slow and keeps hanging for example, this is my 2nd attempt in writing this entry cos previous one was hanged. 3) Buy new cover shoes like the URS one ooh.. that’s my fav shoe shop for covered shoes now 4) KIV UZAP – the advertisment on ZAP ZAP BUTTOCKS ZAP ZAP stomach ZAP ZAP thighs.. hahaha quite tempted to buy it esp my bro even proposed to spilt cost with me so we can share. Wah, I think the above items confirm exhaust all my progress package money and I even have to add on money.. that’s what the KIV items are the most expensive ones and I shall definitely buy my new bras and shoes!
