recap of sch (and friends)...
ahh.. my if2101 project is not over yet.. im just wondering when will it be over considering next week is already last week of sch!! and i gotta watch NKF charity show tml night to observe the media kind of pattern.. aiyo.. actually thought of spending the time to do my midi.. but well?

anyway, realise that next week is the last week of sch for me.. and officially, its the LAST WEEK for being a full-time student.. got quite a lot of thoughts these days and thought of posting something regarding abt sch.. recap my highlights during my sch days.. here so it goes to serve as a memory for me:

Pri Sch (1990-1995):
well, my clear memories of pri sch is that during pri one, i do not know ENGLISH at all, and i was practically struggling with the language during the first half the year.. i guess being a child, u get to adapt to new things very easily, so learning the language back in pri sch was still alright.. during the pri sch phase, actually got a little rebellious during pri 4, didnt think much of studying which led me to FLUNK my math exam.. heh.. got band 4 during mid year, then panicked then study hard till all the way i guess. think the turning point in studying is during the failing of pri 4 math exam.. heh..
friends wise: i kinda lost contact with my pri sch 'BEST' friends.. think only back in pri 5 or 6, i then begin establish 'close' friendships whereby BEST Friends seem rather popular at that point in time.. to name a few that i have kept in contact: well, proud to say Jeanette ( amazing thing is that she is my bus buddy only, and know her for so damn long), rachel (pri 6 partner and still keeping in contact now), mildred (not very close to her in pri sch, only get to know her better in sec sch).. other that that, no more! hahha..

Sec Sch(1996-1999):
ok, this is the 'glorious' period of my time.. haha.. went through many kind of stuff.. good or bad.. and also being the most hardworking era in my life!! wah.. really cant describe my hardworking-ness at that time... think im not even 1/2 of it now.. during this period of time, learn a lot things in life.. think IJ had kinda build up a certain level of esteem in us.. met many wonderful friends also.. most of my close buddies are now are from sec sch era.. lingying, calista, mildred, huixia... back in sec sch days, not many worries also, rather carefree in the sense that studies is the priority and there wasnt many 'friendship' kind of issues for me..still remember back in sec 4 (the most happening year), everyday just looking forward to go sch.. didnt have the feeling that going sch will be sianz.. hehe.. then hang out with people you are comfortable with and enjoying every moment of it.. think this is one my happiest moments in life i must say.. oh yeah, and my tuition days back in sec 3 and 4 with jeanette.. haha.. that one is really memorable.. going to A math class not knowing how to do the questions and always bombard the teacher on questions.. hahaa.. jeanette was really my best tuition buddy.. haha..

JC (2000-2002):
wah.. this one ah.. hahaa.. got no words to describe also.. rather happening as in the sense always flunk common tests or exams.. nv do tutorials during first year.. had no clue wat is math c all abt during first year.. haha.. still remember got F for math c promos, then still go for dawn's bdae celebration plus class outing in sentosa the next day.. then yr 2 start to buck up, whole class was very united against SOMEBODY who gave us hell whom i should not mention here.. also establish various good relationships, think especially ada who sat next to me.. ada, mil and me always crack up stupid jokes during class time.. plus vic jeanette provide unusual humor.. haha.. think they really made my day back in jc also.. then year 2 start to buck up real hard.. do math tutorial every day.. work on history, actually read the book that we bought.. and econs --> pick out past year essay questions to do model answers.. and not forgetting meeting ly and mildred every sunday in bishan to do math c paper to prepare for As.. wah.. even though we always complete abt 10 qns every meeting, but it gave me this sense of encouragement that 'i can math c actually' hahah.. and i guess the revision did paid off eventually..

NUS(2003-2005):
hmm.. this is the place that i dream to go when i was in pri sch.. must say very psyched up when nus accepted me.. and during these years, life in sch has been very mono.. doing projects, doing readings, doing essays, study for tests, study for exams.. made the decision of going into social work which many people did not thing very highly of it.. and enjoying the social work modules that i have took.. and establish friendships with my colleagues back in my attachment agency.. besides, this is the era where i met good people: gemz (think it took a good 12 years before we know each other well enough), amy(do not have a good impression of her in the past, but after hanging out with her in nus realise that she is not that bad after all.. haha..) huixia ( really glad that establish a good solid friendship with her, considering we are really POLES apart, the things we like are really DIFFERENT.. hahaa..)if you realise, there are from ij also.. always have this ij link that cant be broken..new people that i have met: linnea, azeanni, harveen, and other social work people i have worked with..without these people in sch, it definitely wont not be very fantastic.. its always abt seeing familiar faces in sch that would make ur day better.. and looking foward to have lunches with them, catching up with latest gossip or news, or even teasing each other..

anyway, need not mention much abt my friends.. if you realise abt this entry, i have come to a conclusion, friends do make a part in your life and they really influence and impact on my thinking.. so wats my definiton of a 'best friend' now? well, i eliminate the word best, i replace it with CLOSE; think as long as there is a good considerable amt of contact and understanding between each other, its really good enough.. i feel that if the other party makes an effort to continue to make contact with us, its really good enough.. at least they do think of ya.. well, as ya can see, my definition of close friends changes frm pri sch to now.. and friends whom we made during sch are really the ones that are probably going to stay with us.. well, we shall see in the next 10 years when i do an evaluation again.. heh..

FUTURE (2005 -?):
well, i do not what the future holds for me, but i know i have to work hard.. being a typical organised person, already kinda of work out how to spend my salary, and planning for my future esp if i dun intend to marry.. just hope that after sch, going into the working work would be pleasant for me.. and probably i might continue to further my studies again (esp if i intend to stay in social work).. one more wish in the future: studying overseas! guess this is something that i always wanted to do but no money to do so! well, looking forward for the future now!!
